Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and be old enough to form a binding agreement where you live. We may suspend access to protect users, the platform, or the integrity of the affiliate program.
Acceptable use
- No unlawful, deceptive, misleading, or impersonating activity.
- No security bypass, scraping abuse, credential attacks, or service disruption.
- No spam, hidden redirects, forced clicks, cookie stuffing, adware, or fabricated referrals.
Affiliate program
Affiliates act as independent contractors and must clearly disclose material relationships where required. Earnings are not guaranteed. Only qualifying paid conversions recorded by our systems can create a commission.

- Qualifying ScaleModePro and PitchTimePro subscriptions and renewals earn 20% of the paid subscription amount, excluding taxes and any refunded or disputed amount.
- Commission has a 30-day review hold and becomes payout-eligible after the available balance reaches $25 USD.
- The initial payout program is available to US-based individuals and businesses that Stripe can verify.
- Creator codes and links may not misrepresent Scale Mode Tools or its products.
- Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, automated traffic, and manipulated attribution may be denied or reversed.
- Refunds, disputes, fraud, policy violations, and errors may place commissions on hold or reverse them.
- Post-payout refunds and disputes may be recovered through a Stripe transfer reversal or offset against future commission.
Stripe Connect payouts
Stripe handles connected-account onboarding, identity verification, tax information, and payout destinations under Stripe's terms. Payout actions remain unavailable until the connected account meets applicable provider and program requirements.
AI agents and delegated access
You may authorize a compatible AI client to operate limited affiliate features on your behalf. You remain responsible for the client you authorize, its promotions, and compliance with these terms. Agent access is scoped and revocable and does not transfer ownership of your account, connected account, commissions, or payouts.
- Automated recommendations must clearly disclose that purchases through the creator link may earn a commission.
- Agents may not conceal endorsements, fabricate product experience, make unsupported claims, or generate unsolicited bulk promotion.
- Agents may not attempt to enroll accounts, complete identity verification, access payout credentials, or evade program review.
- Promotion records are compliance evidence only and do not create attribution, conversion, commission, or payout rights.
Changes and contact
We may update the service and program prospectively. Material changes will be presented through the portal or account communications. Questions about these terms may be sent to legal@scalemode.tools.
